The service and product
Petfolio creates a personalised poster from the pet photo you upload, the name you provide and your chosen style. Prints can be ordered in the selected size, without a frame. Furniture and frames shown in room previews are for illustration and are not included. Colours on your screen may differ from printed colours due to display and printing technologies; this does not limit your rights concerning defective performance.
Order and payment
Before opening checkout, check the picture, your pet's name and the size. You provide payment and delivery details at Stripe checkout. The total payable amount, taxes, shipping charges and available payment methods must be displayed before payment. The precise contract formation process and confirmation email content must be completed based on the final checkout settings.
Production and delivery
Printful handles printing and fulfilment according to the settings for each order. Committed production and delivery times, delivery regions, charges and arrangements for delays are still to be finalised. Provider estimates may only be presented as committed deadlines after verification.
Personalised products and withdrawal
Under Section 29(1)(c) of Hungarian Government Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.), goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised may qualify for an exception to the 14-day right of withdrawal without giving a reason. Customers must be clearly informed before placing an order. This does not exclude claims concerning defective, damaged or non-conforming products.
Defective products and complaints
For a damaged or defective product, contact [email protected], preferably with your order number and a description of the problem. A photo may help resolve the issue. The manufacturer's or fulfilment partner's internal policies do not override consumers' statutory warranty and other rights. Under the applicable rules, the business generally provides a reasoned response to written consumer complaints within 30 days. The complaints address and competent conciliation body's details must be completed alongside the operator's details.
Uploaded content
Only upload photos you are entitled to use. Do not upload images containing unnecessary personal or sensitive data. Processing the photo is necessary to create the requested artwork and fulfil the ordered product; it does not in itself authorise marketing use.
